Al Khaleej Metal Coat L.L.C (AKMC) was formed in 1994 in Dubai, UAE with the basic objective of meeting the increasing demands of PREPAINTED ALUMINIUM AND STEEL COILS in the region and exports to various countries worldwide. An innovative policy and important investments have allowed AKMC to develop into one of the most advanced Aluminum coil coaters in the area. Technological imporvements and regular increase of capacity have allowed us to keep up with the growing demands and raise our output from 3 million square meters in 1995 to 5 million square meters.

ALUMINUM COATING
Al Khaleej Metal Coat LLC color coated aluminum coils adopt the famous bran draw materials. It includes several classifications:
1. PE (Polyester Coating)
High Molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd is an UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure makes paint surface luster and smooth, which assure good printing on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, it is specially applied for internal decoration and sign board. PE color coated aluminum coil with good PE Paints and high performance of aluminum coil is produced by advanced roller coating. All performance parameters are up to or much higher than related national standards.
2. PVDF (Fluorine-Carbon) Coating
Made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, ester solvent, after high temperature roasting and making, the paint is solidified to dry film with super weather resistance. PVDF coating also can be classified as Traditional PVDF and Nanometer PVDF coating.
A) Traditional PVDF Coating: With KYNAR500 PVDF, two or three times for coating and baking, has good properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and us durable in atrocious weather and environment, keeping 15 years no unwanted fading. In view of these facts, we recommend this panel applied for external wall cladding.
B) Nanometer PVDF Coating: Which different with traditional PVDF is the clear coating. It contains nanometer element, which can protect panel from pollution, because nanometer has self-cleaning effect. It easy to get rid of dust and pollution by raining or water.
PVDF Color coated aluminum coil of application: Is the best & high class material for top coils of ACP, Aluminum Sheets and Honeycomb Panels. Its laminated products are widely used for the decoration of the airport, exhibition halls, commercial building, star hotels and the curtains wall of high-class building.

RAW MATERIAL
The Selection of basic raw material such as mill finish aluminium coils, pretreatment chemicals and paints play an important role in determining the suitability of the product for its end uses. Hence, only the very best raw mateials are sourced from reputed suppliers worldwide. Detailed incoming inspection is carried out for its conformity to the international standards.
PRETREATMENT
Raw materials undergoes degreasing and no rinse chromating, to enhance and ensure better corrosion and adhesion properties.
TINTING
In our pursuit of serving the small or big needs of the customers in any colors, modern tinting facilities including color spectrometer and paint mixing system are included in our producion facilities. This whole system is supported by specially formulated paint software.
COATING
"Continious reverse roller coating with many possibilities – Same color on both sides, different colors on each side. One side colored and other side lacquered and wood imitation printing in various colors."
SLITTING
Coils are slitted to close tolerances in tension wound and square built – up without affecting the flatness of the strip.

PACKING
Finished goods are placed on timper pallets with eye-to-sky , stretch wrapped with an internal corrugated ply support. The coils are secured to the pallet with a high strength polyester strapping to prevent any transit damage.
